I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona with my parents and two older siblings. I attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ where I studied Nutritional Sciences with and emphasis in Dietetics and Biochemistry. I fell in love with the 'food as medicine' approach to healing, therefore I found that naturopathic medicine was my calling of sorts, and started down the path of becoming a naturopathic physician. After graduating from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, I focused my training on women's health, fertility, anti-aging, and environmental toxin recovery. I also have special interests in chronic infections and gastrointestinal health. Some of my favorite modalities are botanical medicine, acupuncture, and nutrition.
